Evan D. Rosenberg

Evan Rosenberg is a partner in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and serves as Practice Leader of the Firm’s Business, Finance & Tax Team. In this role, he helps lead the strategic direction of the team while continuing to counsel clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Evan advises clients throughout the life cycle of their real estate investments, from acquisition and financing through operation and disposition. His practice encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and commercial leasing. He has extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and structuring purchase and sale agreements, financing arrangements, joint venture agreements, commercial leases and subleases.

Evan works with clients to structure transactions that address both their immediate business objectives and longer-term considerations. His experience across multiple stages of a real estate transaction allows him to anticipate issues, coordinate the various components of a deal, and provide practical counsel through closing.
