Evan Rosenberg is a partner in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and serves as co-manager of the firm's Business Finance and Tax Team. Evan’s practice focuses on counseling clients through the life cycle of their commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing matters. He has extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and structuring purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and subleases and performing due diligence related work.
After attending the University of Florida, Evan received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and practiced in New York City before relocating to Miami. Evan is licensed to practice law in Florida, New York and New Jersey.
