Joseph Sultan is an associate on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax Team in the Miami office. Joseph concentrates his practice in both residential and commercial real estate law. He provides transactional counsel in commercial real estate matters including PSA negotiation and other acquisition exercises, lender-side financing for senior and mezzanine loans, as well as EB-5 and various internal financing structures, joint venture formation and operation, and various due diligence oversight, including title, survey, and municipal report review.
