“Veronica’s depth of experience in first-party property and insurance litigation further strengthens our Insurance Team,” said Jordi Guso, Managing Partner of Berger Singerman. “Her courtroom experience, strategic mindset, and commitment to client service make her a strong addition to the firm as a whole.”
Michael J. Higer, head of the firm’s Insurance Practice, added: “Veronica brings a practical understanding of both carrier-side litigation and complex coverage disputes. Her ability to manage cases efficiently from inception through appeal, combined with her experience working in-house, will be an asset to our clients. We are excited to have her join our team.”
Veronica earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016, where she served as General Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law and held leadership positions including President of the Art Law Society and Vice President of the International Law Society. She received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2012. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit
