Veronica N. Daniel is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Fort Lauderdale office. She represents clients in matters of first- and third-party liability, property insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and general commercial litigation in complex actions in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Berger Singerman, she gained extensive experience representing various insurance carriers in first- and third-party insurance matters, as well as matters concerning personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, SIU, bodily injury, and general liability.
Veronica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2012. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Daniel served as General Editor and a board member of the Journal of International Law and the Journal of Technology Law and Policy. She also held multiple board positions, including President of the school’s Art Law Society and Vice President of the International Law Society.
Veronica is fluent in French and studied at the Université de Montpellier Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique during the summer semester of 2014. She is a current member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Broward and Miami Dade Chapters, and is active in her community.
