Sabrina Zarco
Associate
Sabrina Zarco is an associate based in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team. Sabrina focuses her practice on a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters, including breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims. She further has experience in real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation, and general civil liability cases in both state and federal court. Previously, Sabrina interned with Circuit Court Judge Beatrice Butchko and United States District Court Judge Beth Bloom, during which she gained invaluable insight into legal professionalism and prowess.
- Defended dismissal of director and officer liability action in federal court.
- Obtained summary judgment in action on promissory note involving FDUPTA and breach of verbal agreement claims.
- Obtained final summary judgment in probate matter involving a prenuptial agreement and foreign will, in favor of client who was awarded sole and exclusive title to valuable real estate in Miami.
- Successfully defended a complaint and emergency temporary injunction for recruiter and capital investment executives in the medical device industry.
- Secured confidential settlement defending judgment non-debtor against claims for fraudulent transfers of over $15 million.
- Represented owner and developer of a $50 million commercial office center in Coral Gables, Florida in construction defect and delay litigation involving competing claims asserted by more than fifty parties.
