Raul Valles Jr.

Raul Valles is a Partner on the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, employment law, business torts, and non-compete matters. 

Raul represents businesses and individuals in a range of disputes involving commercial and employment issues, tort claims, and restrictive covenant matters. He is known for his analytical approach to complex factual and legal issues and his commitment to achieving client-focused outcomes. Raul is a steadfast trial attorney and has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts, both jury and non-jury trials, and arbitration. Raul also has been engaged by bankruptcy counsel to litigate complex adversary proceedings. Nonetheless, he is committed to positioning disputed matters to achieve the best client outcome short of trial to provide predictability and finality for his clients. Raul is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator.

He has served the Florida Board of Bar Examiners as a reader grading bar exams, and volunteered as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
