As Director of Talent Acquisition, Pam plays a key role in the firm’s strategic recruitment efforts, assisting with growth in key practice areas and continuing the firm’s recruitment of great talent to better serve clients.
Pam supports the growth initiatives by engaging with prospective new team members in current and future markets and enhancing relationships with recruitment partners in these areas. She works closely with the firm’s management and executive committees, as well as closely coordinates the firm’s recruitment initiatives with its branding, sales, and marketing operations.
Pam is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. She started her career as a prosecutor in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office and then worked at the St. Thomas University Human Rights Institute and later at the School of Law. Immediately before joining Berger Singerman, she worked for the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. Pam grew up with the law: she is the daughter of the late Florida Supreme Court Justice Arthur J. England, Jr.
