Ben Zuckerman considers himself a problem solver—and he believes that litigation is just one part of the toolbox he uses to help solve his clients’ problems. When providing counsel to his clients, Ben tries first to discern what their real problem is. From there, he then figures out what the client wants and truly needs, which he understands are two distinct things. Ben strives to strip away his clients’ preconceived notions and works to help them gain a realistic understanding of their problem. He understands the importance of establishing an active, in-depth dialogue with his clients in order to devise a strategy that achieves what is needed to fix their issues.

In his practice, Ben handles a broad spectrum of complex commercial and business matters. He is experienced in handling disputes involving partnerships and joint ventures, intellectual property, probate, real property, and trusts, as well as state licensing and transactional matters, among other issues. Ben has a strong record in mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitral bodies.

In his distinguished career, Ben has received many accolades. A Martindale-Hubbell, AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney, Ben was named a Top Lawyer by South Florida Legal Guide each year from 2014 to 2019. He has also been listed to Best Lawyers in America® on multiple occasions. Ben is a member of a number of associations and organizations, including the American Trial Lawyers Association, American Civil Liberties Union, and Southern Poverty Law Center.
