Mitchell W. GoldbergPartner Mitch Goldberg is both a tax attorney who can be a corporate deal attorney, and a corporate deal attorney who can be a tax attorney. In his practice, Mitch is committed to providing his clients with a high level of accountability, as well as top tier legal representation which he strives to provide in an effective and efficient manner. Mitch’s practice generally straddles the tax world and the corporate world. Mitch works with a broad spectrum of businesses and individuals. In the tax world, Mitch helps them navigate issues ranging from in-bound and out-bound international tax planning, to negotiating offers in compromise and installment agreements with the IRS, to advising on ways to minimize exposure to federal estate and gift taxes. In the corporate world, Mitch advises his clients on the structuring and negotiation of numerous joint ventures, M&A, and other contractual arrangements. Mitch is a Board-Certified Specialist in Tax Law by The Florida Bar. For his standout work in the field, he has been named to Chambers & Partners USA: America’s Leading Business Lawyers, Tax for 2020 - 2021, as well as Florida Super Lawyers, Rising Star from 2017-2021.
