Mariana Veiga is an associate on the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax Team, based in Miami. Mariana focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and related financing. Mariana also provides outside general counsel services, advising on corporate governance, securities matters, and general contractual issues.
Before joining the firm, Mariana worked at several prominent firms, where she represented public and private companies and private equity funds in a wide range of complex corporate transactions. She brings a wealth of knowledge in guiding clients through sophisticated legal and business challenges.
