Joseph O’Brien is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Miami office. He is a member of the Business, Finance & Tax Practice team. Joseph focuses his practice on a broad range of corporate transactions including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.
Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Joseph practiced in the New York office of a large international law firm focusing on the formation and issuance of complex financial instruments, including structured products, various debt instruments and derivates for top-tier investment banks.
