Jesse Richman is the Director of eDiscovery and Litigation Support for Berger Singerman. A certified eDiscovery specialist, Jesse draws on 18 years of experience in eDiscovery technology, project management and review management to optimize discovery workflows for efficiency and defensibility. By combining cutting edge technical solutions with tried-and-true eDiscovery best practices, his department works proactively to provide highest-value solutions to our clients discovery needs.
Jesse is a member of the Association of Certified EDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS), holds multiple industry certifications including Relativity Expert, and has served as a contributor on Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) project teams.
