Carmen Cruz is a paralegal on Berger Singerman’s Business Reorganization Team. She has experience assisting attorneys in the representation of debtors, official committees and secured creditors in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency and debtor-creditor relations. She also has experience working in litigation matters, including trials at the federal and state court levels. She has over 25 years of experience as a paralegal.
Carmen received her Florida Registered Paralegal certification in 2010. She is also fluent in Spanish.
