Ana Kauffmann is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Miami office. Ana focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, she spent six years as a judicial law clerk for United States District Court Judges Beth Bloom and Robert N. Scola, Jr. As a result, Ana gained significant experience in a broad range of areas and an appreciation for the importance of carefully crafted written advocacy. In addition, Ana has experience handling appeals involving both civil and criminal issues.
