Alexa Cosio
Associate
Alexa Cosio is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax team. She represents companies in a range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.
Alexa works with clients at all stages of growth, advising on entity structuring, fundraising, and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, she practiced at a leading national law firm and a large international firm, where she gained experience in capital markets, venture capital, joint ventures and complex M&A transactions.
