Shara Pipitone

Shara Pipitone is an associate based in the Berger Singerman’s Fort Lauderdale office and a member of the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax Team. Shara focuses her practice on commercial real estate development, real estate private equity and debt financing. She regularly represents developers and borrowers in acquisitions, dispositions, financing or refinancing for commercial and residential projects. Shara has also represented lending institutions in commercial-backed securities and asset-based lending transactions.
