Sarah M. Lappin

Sarah serves as Berger Singerman’s Director of Talent Acquisition. As the firm’s brand ambassador, Sarah discovers top legal talent from summer associates to partners with substantial business, including senior marketing-business development and legal project management professionals, for all practice groups within the firm’s four offices - Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Tallahassee. She creates strategic relationships that complement the firm’s entrepreneurial portfolio and continually applies an aerial approach to Berger Singerman’s market expansion. As a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team, she is given a creative license to implement and lead the internal operations of all recruitment-related initiatives.

Sarah has an eclectic background; she’s clerked for a state judge, handled legal recruitment for a global search firm, and served as a brand ambassador for a professional sports team, among other roles. Sarah’s untraditional legal background has provided her with a unique skill set that promotes successful personal relationships and distinguishes her as a business professional. Sarah earned her B.A. from UCLA, J.D. from University of Miami School of Law, and Society for Human Resource Management Professional Certificate from Northwestern University; she is a member of The Florida Bar and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
