Robert S. Beraha is a partner on Berger Singerman's Business, Finance & Tax team, based in Miami. Robert specializes in all areas of estate planning and wealth preservation, with a significant emphasis on minimizing federal transfer taxes, creating wills and trusts, asset protection, and creating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Robert helps his clients design and implement fundamental estate plans and sophisticated tax planning techniques, such as irrevocable life insurance trusts, sales to defective grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts and limited family partnerships. Robert also counsels closely-held business owners concerning the organization, structure and operation of their business entities as well as business succession planning.
Much of his practice involves collaborating with clients and their advisors to develop and implement innovative wealth preservation and planning strategies tailored to the client's individual needs. Robert takes a holistic, comprehensive and personalized approach to each client's estate planning and business goals.
