Eliott Rimon is an associate on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax Team in the Miami office. Eliott focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters as well as aircraft finance and leasing. He represents companies in connection with a wide range of matters, including capital markets transactions, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business formations.
Eliott is experienced in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and preparing SEC filings for various corporate, commercial and financing transactions.
Previously, Eliott served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Robert N. Scola, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
