Paul Steven Singerman Ranked 14th Year in a Row by Chambers & Partners 2026 Global Guide

Berger Singerman, Florida's business law firm, is pleased to announce that its co-chair, Paul Steven Singerman, has been ranked by Chambers & Partners, one of the world’s leading legal research organizations, in its Global 2026 Guide for the fourteenth consecutive year. Chambers & Partners develops rankings and insights on law firms across more than 200 jurisdictions, based on extensive interviews with lawyers and clients to assess reputations and experience.
Mr. Singerman leads the firm’s Business Reorganization Team and has been nationally recognized for decades for handling complex restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters, including out-of-court workouts and cross-border cases. Best known for representing debtors in corporate reorganizations and high-stakes litigation, he also advises creditors’ committees, lenders, receivers, large unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers. Mr. Singerman also has substantial experience in large-scale fraud and “bet-the-company” litigation.
Mr. Singerman’s expertise has been recognized both nationally and globally for decades. In 2003, he was inducted as a Fellow to the American College of Bankruptcy and has been named a “Star Individual” in Chambers & Partners USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for seventeen consecutive years. He is also one of only two attorneys in Florida to be nationally and globally ranked by Chambers & Partners for Bankruptcy/Restructuring. Mr. Singerman previously received the prestigious M&A Advisor “Lifetime Achievement Award” and Lawdragon has named him as one of America’s 500 leading bankruptcy and restructuring lawyers since 2021.
