Partner Javi Vazquez Secures Approval from the Community Zoning Appeals Board of South Dade

Berger Singerman is pleased to announce that partner Javi Vazquez recently secured approval from the Community Zoning Appeals Board for Area 14, on a highly contentious and challenged rezoning application for 39 acres in South Dade. The request was to rezone from Agriculture to Modified Estate Density, which will allow the firm client, Palm Court Development Group, to proceed with the construction of approximately 90 single-family homes. “Needless to say our clients were thrilled,” said Javi Vazquez.
