Nicole Levy Kushner Named President-Elect of Federal Bar Association’s Broward Chapter

Berger Singerman is pleased to announce that Nicole Levy Kushner has been sworn in as President-Elect of the Federal Bar Association’s Broward County Chapter. Nicole will serve in the leadership role for the Chapter’s 2026–2027 term.

Nicole’s appointment reflects her continued involvement in the legal community and commitment to the profession. Berger Singerman partner Gavin C. Gaukroger was also sworn in for another term as a member of the Chapter’s Board of Directors.
