Berger Singerman Adds Kenneth W. Waterway as Litigation Partner

Kenneth W. Waterway has joined the firm's Dispute Resolution Team as a partner based in Fort Lauderdale.  Ken is a very experienced trial lawyer who for the past 20 years has successfully represented companies and individuals in a variety of complex commercial disputes, often involving contract, tort and related statutory business claims.  Previously, he was a partner at Sedgwick LLP and, most recently, worked at Waterway Black. Ken graduated from the University of Michigan Law School and earned his undergraduate degree with highest honors from Rutgers University.
