Daniel H. Aronson Honored by Florida Venture Forum With its Third Ever “Founder’s Award”

Miami, Florida – February 7, 2020 – Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm is proud to announce that the Florida Venture Forum has selected Daniel H. Aronson as the recipient of the organizations’ s prestigious “Founder’s Award”.
Aronson is Partner and Chair of the corporate, securities and M&A practice at Berger Singerman. Aronson has served as a board member of the Florida Venture Forum since 1991, as a member of its executive committee since 1998, and is a four-‐time board chair of the organization. He also has served the Forum as a six-‐time chair or co-‐chair of the Florida Venture Capital Conference.
The award, which has been presented only two previous times in Florida Venture Forum’s 36-‐year history, honors and recognizes members of the Florida venture ecosystem and community selected by its Board of Directors for “outstanding dedication to the Florida Venture Forum and to Florida’s venture capital industry.”
Aronson received the award at the 29th annual Florida Venture Capital Conference, January 30th in Orlando, Florida. Presenting the award, Forum Executive Committee Member and Former Board Chair Wayne Hunter, Co-‐founder and Managing Partner of Harbert Growth Partners, commented, “Danny Aronson’s unwavering commitment to the Forum, to Florida, and to Florida companies made him a natural choice for this award. He is someone who always has the Forum’s best interest at heart, but most of all he is a trusted friend and colleague to everyone involved with the organization.”
