The new Chief Legal Project Management and Pricing Officer will support firm’s growth strategy

Berger Singerman created the position to drive efficiencies within the firm while continuing to produce outstanding results for clients.

His experience ranges from legal project management including process mapping, process improvement, practice innovation, and alternative staffing, to client fee negotiations, profit modeling, establishing profit methodologies, developing fee arrangements and monitoring fee deals. He has a proven track record of working with practice groups to optimize practice platforms, business performance, client relationships and operations to achieve maximum profitability and reduce institutional risks.
