Christopher Andrew Jarvinen Recognized by the World Bank Group for Contributions During 2021 to the Research of The Global Indicators Group

Christopher Andrew Jarvinen, a partner on the Business Reorganization Team of Berger Singerman LLP, has been recently recognized by the World Bank Group for his contributions during 2021 to the research of The Global Indicators Group which assesses the business and investment climate in economies worldwide. With 189 member countries, staff from more than 170 countries and offices in over 130 locations, the World Bank Group is a unique global partnership; five institutions working for sustainable solutions that reduce poverty and build shared prosperity for developing countries.
Mr. Jarvinen has been elected to the American College of Bankruptcy, American Law Institute, and the International Insolvency Institute, and he has served as a Fulbright scholar at the Bankruptcy Law & Restructuring Research Center at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China. Mr. Jarvinen received his law degree from Boston College Law School, his undergraduate degree in economics from Brown University, graduate degrees in theological ethics and religion from, respectively, Harvard Divinity School and Yale Divinity School, a global Executive Master of Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in São Paulo, Brazil and both a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership and a Master of Science degree in Major Programme Management from the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford. He has also studied at Columbia University, the University of Cambridge and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. In addition, Mr. Jarvinen has taught International Legal Management at FGV-EAESP.
