Berger Singerman’s Geoffrey Lottenberg Named 2022 South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award Honoree

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is proud to announce that Geoffrey Lottenberg, partner and member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team, has been recognized as a 2022 South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 award honoree. He will be presented with the award at a luncheon on July 29th, 2022.  

South Florida Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award recognizes young professionals in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties for outstanding success in business and contributions to their communities. They were selected from hundreds of nominations and represent some of the region’s most entrepreneurial and influential young leaders.

As lead of the firm’s intellectual property practice and co-manager of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team, Lottenberg handles a wide variety of matters, including IP procurement and enforcement, business and technology law, and complex commercial litigation. With a calculated approach, Geoff regularly litigates patent, trademark, and copyright disputes in Federal Court throughout the United States.  He also handles a variety of technology-related commercial litigation matters including disputes over software contracts, non-compete agreements, and trade secrets. Lottenberg was also recently ranked by Chambers & Partners 2022 US Guide as an “Up & Coming” attorney in Intellectual Property.
