Berger Singerman Welcomes Return of its Summer 2020 Associates as First-Year Associates

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Brittany Husk and Hunter Boyett have joined the firm as first-year associates to serve clients in connection with complex commercial litigation, and corporate transactional work. Brittany and Hunter are former summer associates from the Summer of 2020. Brittany is joining the Dispute Resolution Team and Hunter is joining the Business, Finance & Tax Team.
Brittany pursued a degree in finance from Villanova University, in Villanova, PA, where she was a NCAA Division I student athlete on the Villanova Softball team. Brittany then went to the University of Miami School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2021. While in law school, Brittany was a member of the Inter-American Law Review and was involved in the Business Law Society, the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Miami Law Women. During her summers, Brittany clerked for Judge Bronwyn Miller, interned for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Ave Trading, Inc., and was the assistant coach for Miami Stingrays Softball.
Hunter got his B.A. from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is a graduate of the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in Chicago, IL, where he received both his J.D. and his LLM in Taxation in 2021. While at Northwestern, Hunter was Vice President of Outreach, Real Property, Trusts and Estates Law Society, a participant in the San Francisco Venture Capital and Technology Immersion Program, a participant in the Tax Law Society, and a participant in the Latino Law Students Association. Over the summers, Hunter clerked for Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A., Oppenheimer & Co., Inc., and H.I.G. Capital.
