Daniel A. He previously worked at Bilzin Sumberg and founded DB Legal, where he advised domestic and international clients on corporate, tax, and banking matters. Earlier in his career, Daniel held prominent roles at Fabara & Compañía Abogados in Ecuador and in the Attorney General’s Office of Ecuador.
Daniel holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation with an International Taxation Certificate from the University of Miami School of Law, an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Houston Law Center, and a law degree from Universidad Espíritu Santo in Ecuador. He is licensed in Florida and Ecuador, providing him with a unique ability to bridge legal systems in both countries.
