Berger Singerman Represents Point Blank Enterprises in its acquisition of Safe, Inc., Offering Pilot Seating Safety Solutions and Components

Berger Singerman, Florida’s Business Law Firm, is pleased to announce that its client, Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. (“Point Blank”), a worldwide leader in the production of soft and hard body armor and aviation protective solutions, acquired Safe, Inc.(“Safe”) (safeinc.us), headquartered in Tempe, AZ, a company that focuses on improving crashworthiness and seating design and protection of pilots and crew of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and NASA aerospace platforms. Point Blank is currently one of the premier sources of rotary-wing ballistic armor systems in the world, with over 50 years of experience providing highly engineered and innovative protection solutions to the DoD.
The Berger Singerman corporate team, led by Scott “SJ” Jablonski, acted as legal counsel to Point Blank for the M&A transaction.
