May 23, 2016
MIAMI, FL – May 24, 2016 – Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, was named to the 2016 “Midsize Hot List” by the National Law Journal, one of the leading publications in the legal industry. The firm was recognized for its work in complex business disputes, real estate transactions and internal investigations and corporate governance matters, as well as its strong corporate culture and employee mindfulness program. This is the third consecutive year that Berger Singerman has been named to the list, and it was the only Florida law firm recognized. The 20 selected firms were announced on May 23, 2016.
“This recognition is a testament to Berger Singerman’s talented and entrepreneurial team of attorneys who consistently take on matters usually reserved for larger firms, our commitment to providing passionate client service at the highest level, and our collaborative culture that inspires our team to excel,” said Paul Steven Singerman, Co-chair of Berger Singerman. “We are honored once again to be recognized by the National Law Journal alongside 19 of the premier midsized firms in the country.”
The National Law Journal’s Midsize Hot List is comprised of firms with 51 to 150 attorneys that demonstrate a commitment to client service, industry expertise and a deep understanding of the legal profession. The 20 firms selected for the 2016 list exhibited creative strategies that keep them competitive against much larger law firms, and emphasized cultures designed to recognize and retain talent.
This award is the most recent honor the firm has received over the course of the last year, including being named mid-size company winner of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s South Florida Good to Great Awards, one of Law360’s Florida Powerhouses, a U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers’ Best Law Firm, and a Chambers USA’s 2015 Top Florida Law Firm. Berger Singerman has also been recognized for its strong corporate culture, consistently being named a Best Place to Work by the South Florida Business Journal and Sun Sentinel.
