Berger Singerman Elevates Joshua B. Brandsdorfer to Partner

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Joshua B. Brandsdorfer has been elevated to Partner effective January 1, 2024. Brandsdorfer is resident in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. In addition to this promotion, the firm welcomed 20 attorneys over the past twelve months bolstering its four practice teams.

Brandsdorfer is an attorney on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance and Tax Team and focuses his practice on real estate matters, including a variety of commercial real estate transactions working with private and public real estate investment firms, family offices, joint venture groups, and private investors with respect to multi-family real estate developments and operations, office, commercial retail, commercial leasing, and pre-development opportunities. He also counsels senior, mezzanine, and equity financing investors and funds in real estate finance transactions in numerous industries.
Brandsdorfer was recognized as “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in America for 2023-2024, 2023 “Top Lawyer” by The Boca Raton Observer and was awarded by Connect CRE with a 2022 “Next Generation Award”. He is also a 2022 graduate of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Southeast Florida/Caribbean’s Leadership Institute, serves as an associate member to ULI and member to the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar. Brandsdorfer is also the outside general counsel to the Las Olas Association, Inc.
Brandsdorfer attended University of Florida where he earned his B.S.B.A in Finance and his received his J.D. from University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude.
