Berger Singerman Continues Growth in Tallahassee, Adds Regulatory Attorney Brooke Lewis

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Brooke E. Lewis, has joined the firm as partner on the Government & Regulatory Team. Lewis will serve clients across the state from the firm’s Tallahassee office.
Lewis has substantial experience in a range of administrative, appellate, and regulatory matters, including certification for new electrical generation under Florida’s Electrical Power Plant Siting Act as well as approvals for other large-scale facilities and renewable energy projects.

Lewis has represented clients in proceedings before trial and appellate courts throughout the state and has handled a variety of administrative proceedings in the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and other administrative agencies. She also has experience in Florida appellate proceedings with her time as a staff attorney for Justice Raoul G. Cantero, III of the Florida Supreme Court giving her experience with the appellate process.
Lewis earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Florida State University and her B.A., summa cum laude, Creighton University.
