Berger Singerman Bolsters Business Reorganization Team with Addition of Jennifer Schein

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Schein has joined the firm’s Business Reorganization Team as an Associate. She will be resident in the Firm’s Miami office. Schein brings a wealth of experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular emphasis on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, workouts, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Schein was an associate in the Corporate Restructuring group at Brown Rudnick LLP, where she represented official creditor committees, ad hoc groups, and asset purchasers in complex Chapter 11 reorganization cases. Before her time with Brown Rudnick, she served as a Senior Clerk under The Honorable Lisa G. Beckerman with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as Notes and Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. She earned her LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law.
