Berger Singerman Announces Move to New Office in Tallahassee

MIAMI, FL – MAY 16, 2016 – Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, has announced that the firm has moved its Tallahassee-based team to the Gateway Center. The new office will accommodate the firm’s growing team in Northern Florida, and is located at 313 North Monroe Street, Suite 301, Tallahassee, FL.

“Since opening our Tallahassee office in 1995 with Dan Thompson, the former Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the office has experienced steady growth while expanding the offering of practices to our clients in Northern Florida and continuing to assist all of our clients and referral sources with state administrative and regulatory matters. With this relocation, we will look to grow our talented team, while providing our clients with the highest level of service,” said Paul Steven Singerman, Co-Chair of Berger Singerman.

There are presently ten attorneys based out of the new office, with experience in a variety of practice areas including internal investigations, fiduciary litigation, white collar criminal defense, corporate, real estate, environmental and energy law, government and regulatory, and business reorganization.

Over the last year, the firm has announced several high-profile additions to the Tallahassee office, bolstering Berger Singerman’s deep bench of talent in the area. These include the former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Florida and the President of the Southern Chapter of the National Energy Bar Association. The team also includes the former Statewide Prosecutor for the Florida Office of the Attorney General.

Gateway Center, located at the northeast corner of Monroe and Tennessee streets and a project of developer Hunter & Harp Holdings of Tallahassee, totals 50,000 square feet of retail and office facilities and includes parking facilities behind the building. Berger Singerman worked with Oliver Sperry Renovation on the redesign of the existing office space.
