Max began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Melanie G. May of Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he received the “book award” for earning the highest grade in ten courses and was selected by his peers as the student commencement speaker. Following law school, Max was selected to speak on behalf of newly admitted attorneys at the Fourth District Court of Appeal Induction Ceremony to The Florida Bar in recognition of his high achievement on The Florida Bar Exam.
Jessica Greenburg, elevated to Of Counsel, concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Jessica was an associate at Proskauer, where she handled a wide range of litigation matters in both federal and state courts.
Jessica earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
