Berger Singerman Adds Corporate and Federal Tax Law Attorney Mark Wisniewski as Partner

Veteran Lawyer Brings Nearly Two Decades of Experience, and Expands the Firm’s Business, Finance & Tax Team
MIAMI, FL – Oct. 5, 2016 – Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that Mark Wisniewski has joined the firm as a partner on the Business, Finance & Tax Team. He will be resident in the firm’s Miami office.
Wisniewski brings nearly 20 years in corporate and federal tax law, focusing his practice on helping clients resolve tax disputes with the IRS, drafting partnership and operating agreements for real estate joint ventures, federal tax and business planning involving the formation and use of closely held business entities, and tax planning for loan modifications and workouts. He also handles a wide array of business matters, including corporate transactional work, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, as well as restructuring of family business entities for estate planning and gifting purposes.

Prior to joining Berger Singerman, Wisniewski was associated with Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, P.A. in Orlando, Fla. Prior to working in Orlando, he worked with Comiter, Singer, Baseman & Braun, LLP. He is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. In addition to his professional affiliations, he is a board member of the YMCA of Central Florida in Winter Park, Fla.

Wisniewski earned his J.D., with honors, and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, and his B.A., with honors, from the State University of New York College at Purchase.
