Berger Singerman professionals and industry experts discussed builder's risk insurance and the contractual protections needed should a building suffer damage while under construction. The webinar also addressed contractors' and subcontractors' insurable interest in materials, fixtures, and/or equipment in use during construction or the renovation of a building should those items sustain damage from a loss. We also explored the nuisances of time element coverages in relation to property owners, contractors and subcontractors.
