Anely M. Nunez

Anely M. Nunez is an e-discovery attorney in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a Dispute Resolution team member. Anely has significant experience designing and managing custom discovery processes to maximize class action efficiency and related document-intensive cases. Anely ensures compliance with federal and state electronic discovery rules and is involved with e-discovery vendor selection, document collection, processing, document review, and production of electronically stored information. 

Anely earned the Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) Certification in August 2019.
