James Sattin is an associate on Berger Singerman’s Business, Finance & Tax Team based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. James concentrates his practice on general corporate law and represents clients with respect to private equity, M&A and joint venture related matters.
His experience includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial and corporate agreements, including loan agreements, shareholder agreements and other corporate governance documents, as well as services, licensing, distribution and other agreements covering a wide range of industries.
Additionally, James has represented U.S. and multinational entities in complex commercial matters such as cross-border loan transactions, private financings, venture capital investments, private equity acquisitions and other financing.
