Samuel Capuano and Erin Hoskins Elected to Executive Leadership Roles in the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is proud to announce that two of its attorneys, Samuel J. Capuano and Erin M. Hoskins, have been elected to executive leadership positions in the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida (BBA), one of the most active and respected bankruptcy organizations in the state.
Samuel Capuano, a partner on the firm’s Business Reorganization Team, has begun his term as President-Elect of the BBA. In this role, he will work closely with the Board of Directors and Officers to help shape the strategic direction of the organization and support its more than 500 members, which include judges, trustees, and bankruptcy professionals across South Florida.
Erin Hoskins, Of Counsel on the firm’s Business Reorganization Team, has been elected Treasurer of the BBA. As part of the executive leadership team, she will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial operations and supporting its continued growth and member engagement.
