James Gassenheimer and Stephanie Chaissan Elected to Leadership Roles in The Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyers Section

Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that two of its attorneys, James D. Gassenheimer and Stephanie M. Chaissan, have been elected to leadership positions within the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, one of the Bar’s largest and most active sections with over 5,600 members.
James Gassenheimer, a partner on the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team and a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, has been named Chair-Elect of the Trial Lawyers Section. In this role, he will help guide the section’s mission to advance the art of trial advocacy and promote professionalism across Florida’s legal community.
Stephanie Chaissan, also a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team, was unanimously elected to the section’s 25-member Executive Council for a three-year term. As part of the governing body, she will contribute to shaping the section’s strategic direction and supporting initiatives that enhance trial practice statewide.
