Bryan Appel leverages his accounting background to provide strategic domestic and international tax planning, while seamlessly assisting clients from a corporate perspective. He collaborates with corporate and real estate groups to structure transactions with tax efficiency in mind.
William O. Diab
William Diab focuses on resolving complex commercial and construction disputes. He represents a diverse array of clients, including publicly traded companies, shareholders, real estate developers, and general contractors, across state and federal courts, arbitration, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
Clay Roberts
Clay Roberts specializes in commercial bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and distressed M&A. He has vast experience representing debtors, creditors, and asset purchasers in complex Chapter 11 cases. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the Chapter 11 Subcommittee in the ABA’s Business Law Section.
Caitlin Trowbridge
Caitlin Trowbridge handles a wide variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, officer and director liability, business torts, and post-judgment collection proceedings. She is deeply experienced in managing all aspects of litigation, from discovery to court arguments to settlement negotiations.
