We are looking for an attorney who can first-chair deals or take deals and run with them independently. Tampa Associate Trial Attorney
We are seeking a highly qualified attorney with 2-5 years of comparable civil and commercial litigation experience to join our Dispute Resolution Team in Tampa. Strong academic credentials are essential as is propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, courtroom experience, and engaging in all aspects of trial preparation. Strong organizational and time management skills are also critical. We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with jury and non-jury trial experience in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate litigation, business torts, officer and director liability matters, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and insurance litigation. We seek a candidate with strong academic credentials and prior work experience who has served as lead counsel on private placement offerings, private funds, and sophisticated joint ventures. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with at least six years of experience in environmental transactional work, regulatory compliance, and permitting matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with transactional support and due diligence, environmental assessments and liability issues, wetlands and coastal permitting, complex land use projects, air quality matters, hazardous materials contamination, and compliance and enforcement cases.

Trusts and Estates / Wealth Planning Attorney
We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated senior associate or partner level attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in the areas of complex domestic estate planning and related income, partnership, corporate, and personal tax planning for moderate and high net-worth individuals.  International planning experience is helpful but not required. Estate Planning LL.M. or Tax LL.M. preferred.
