Swathi Farina is an associate in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax Team. With over six years of experience, Swathi has represented institutional lenders, corporations, and private equity funds in a wide variety of transactional matters, including acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, bilateral bank loans, and letter of credit facilities. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and is adept at navigating evolving deal terms to deliver efficient and strategic solutions for her clients.
