Caitlin Marie Trowbridge is a Partner on Berger Singerman’s Dispute Resolution Team in Fort Lauderdale. She represents individuals and corporate entities in a variety of state and federal litigation matters, including complex commercial and business disputes, breach of contract and warranty claims, officer and director liability, business torts, and post-judgment collection proceedings. Caitlin is deeply experienced in managing all aspects of litigation, from discovery to court arguments to settlement negotiations. Her strategic approach to litigation is complemented by her ability to condense complex legal issues into actionable solutions for her clients. Caitlin’s dedication to achieving practical, efficient outcomes has made her a reliable resource in resolving challenging disputes.
