Robin J. Rubens is a partner in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of its Business Reorganization Team. With 25 years of experience, she focuses her practice on Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 business bankruptcies, representing corporate debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, landlords, and trustees. She also handles loan restructurings and loan workouts, as well as complex commercial litigation cases.
