Nikki Branch is an associate based in Berger Singerman’s Fort Lauderdale office and a member of its Dispute Resolution team. Nikki focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters.
Nikki earned her law degree from Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated ninth in her class and was inducted into the Florida State University Chapter of The Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. In addition to serving as the President for Florida State’s nationally-ranked Trial Team, Nikki served as a Staff Editor for Florida State University Law Review. She also interned at the Florida Supreme Court, where she worked closely under the guidance of Justice Alan Lawson. Her bar exam response on Florida and Federal Constitutional Law was selected to be published by the Florida Board of Bar Examiners in their 2022 Florida Bar Examination Study Guide and Selected Answers to assist students preparing for the Florida bar exam.
