Nancy K. Watkin is a member of Berger Singerman's Business, Finance & Tax Team and the Wealth Preservation and Tax Planning Group. She focuses her practice in the areas of wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, charitable gift planning, and personal tax planning for individuals and families.

Nancy regularly represents high net worth individuals in connection with minimizing taxes, wealth preservation and the integration of income tax and estate tax planning strategies. Her practice includes representing fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates, as well as post-mortem tax planning.
