Marlene Duarte is a partner based in Berger Singerman’s Miami office and a member of the Business, Finance & Tax Team. She represents clients in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, corporate carve-outs, and the related financings required to fund such transactions. She also practices in healthcare, general corporate and securities matters, and provides outside general counsel services with respect to corporate governance and general contractual matters.
